Return Window

Return Process

Inspection & Assessment

Returned items are inspected on receipt to confirm they meet return conditions. If an item fails inspection (for example, it is damaged, used, or missing parts), we may decline the refund or issue a partial refund based on the assessed condition.

Refund Methods

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider and issuing bank.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be applied where items are returned in non-resalable condition, missing accessories, or otherwise not eligible for a full refund. Any partial refund amount will reflect the assessed reduction in value.
